Allison Rutland Soulen will serve as acting executive director of Just Neighbors until a newly hired executive director begins work. Since 2005, Allison has served as director of legal services at Just Neighbors. Allison was a co-founder of Just Neighbors in 1996, and she has previously served as executive director on two occasions. We look forward to Allison’s capable leadership during this time of transition for the organization.
